The Development Process

Discovery

Before we can extend a proposal for the development of your website, we must go through a phase called “Discovery”. Before an accurate proposal can be made it is imperative that we have a concise understanding of your needs and the details of your project.

Approach & Methodology

For each project, Systems 3 Development will manage the project, and will be available as a point of contact throughout the entire development process. We will coordinate the efforts of the Designers, and Programmers assigned to your project. We manage web development projects by implementing what is know as the SCRUM methodology. Once contract negotiations are complete, We will analyze your vision for the website and, through a series of corespondence we will develop a concept that is agreeable to the client, and collect any content or corprate imagery that the client may provide.

Design & Coding

At this point our designers will then construct a group of design compositions. The client will then approve a composition, as well as provide any or requested changes over a number of revisions. Once design phase is finalized and approved, we will move on to transforming the design concept into fully functional web pages.

Review, Revision & Publishing

After design & coding is completed. The site will be deployed to one of our servers, and the client will be provided a url to examine the finished product. At this time we will ask for any final revisions and or a finalized approval. After the final approval and, payment for services rendered we will then deploy the finished site to the production server.
